  1. Not jsut about compliance and rick management, but about equal access, very compelling
  2. How do you make an arguement for accountability
  3. Need people who are committed,and not just people with accessbility in their job title
  4. There has to be passion or commitment
  5. This group is important to help the Big10 understand this issue
  6. This group has alot of leaders who beleive in the cause
  7. How do we build this leadership with in a insitution
  8. You need passion, but it cannot be in yur face
  9. It is a journey, need to take steps where you can, can't get everything at one time
